In alignment with the recent procedures and safety measures announced by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to mitigate COVID -19, please note that the below listed IELTS sessions have been cancelled. The affected candidates will be contacted within 48 Hours by our customer care team where they will have the option to move to another test date of their choice free of charge or request for a refund.
The below Paper-based IELTS sessions have been cancelled:
Riyadh, 06th February 2021, Courtyard (UKVI)
Abha, 06th February 2021, King Khaled Univeristy (Male/Female)
Mecca, 06th February 2021, Four points by Sheraton (Male/Female)
Jeddah, 06th February 2021, IBIS Hotel (Male/Female)
Taif, 06th February 2021, Ramada Hotel (Male/Female)
The below Computer-based IELTS sessions have been cancelled:
Jeddah, 05th & 6th February 2021 - IBIS, Movenpick (regular and UKVI)
If you cancel your IELTS test up to 35 days before the test date, you will receive a refund minus an administration fee of up to 25% of the test fee.
Please note that refunds can take four to six weeks to process.
To cancel your test date, please download and complete our Request for Refund or Test Date Transfer Form and send it via email email@example.com. (Please note that you need to sign the form.) You can find the documents below in the download section.
If an original medical certificate confirming illness on the date of the test is provided within five working days of the test date, together with the Request for Refund or Test Date Transfer Form, the fee is refundable, minus an administration fee of up to 25% of the test fee.
Only original medical certificates in Arabic or English are accepted. If we have not received both required documents at our office by the fifth working day after the test, you will be marked as absent and forfeit all claims.
Copies sent by fax or email are not accepted. We recommend sending medical certificates by registered mail.
Please note that we do not accept sick notes issued by family members.
Requesting a test day transfer
If you need to change the date of your test from the date you originally booked, you can request a test day transfer up to 35 days before the test date, note that an admin charge of up to 25% of test fee applies.
Please note that the new test date must be within three months of the original date. In cases of illness, transfer is possible within five weeks of the test if an original medical certificate is provided within five working days of the test date, together with the Request for Refund or Test Date Transfer Form.
If you receive a transfer to a new test date (either before the test or due to illness) and are ill on the second test date, then you are not entitled to a refund of the test fee nor to any further transfer to a new test date.
